Custom money system for Cyberpunk Fate adventure

Hi there! I'm working on a cyberpunk setup adventure and came out with a money system extending the Fate Core system of economic stress. I Would love to hear what you think about it.
Through the article you'll see the name CYBERFATE_2KX that's the name i gave to the custom rules for this adventure.
I'm sorry if some things are not perfectly clear, but english is not my main language. Ask if you don't understand something!

COUNTING MONEY ON CYBERFATE_2KX
Even tho Fate Core recomends not to cuantify money per units, it offers a suitable alternative it order to make expending money a limitant or at least something the players should think about before buying things like crazy.
The option Fate Core offers are simply four economic stress checkboxes (Those work exactly the same as fisical and mental stress, but its value is modified by the resources skill).
In CYBERFATE_2KX we take that concept one step further in order to make money a narrative and mechanical constant on the game, due to the fact that in a megacorporations world that want to sell you anything or buy your soul without rest, the money can't be random.

Each player counts with 12 economic stress checkboxes (3 rows of 4 each). The adventure starts with the first row completely cleared, and the second and third completely checked for each player by default.

MODIFYING DEFAULT VALUES
For each skill point set on the resources skill at the start of the adventure, one checkbox of the second row will be unchecked, from left to right.

BUYING THINGS
Each important item that can be bought in CYBERFATE_2KX will have a specific cost. In order to obtain it, a player will have to check available economic stress checkboxes until it completes the object's value.
if the available checkboxes exceed the value, the remaining will be lost... you know... the transactions systems for the common people are not very stable.

In this case, Pavik faces a situation in which no matter what combination he goes for, he will lost one or more Cryptos, so he asks Kevin for help, which has a value 1 box available in his table, and they buy the item together, checking one value 1 box each.

WHAT ABOUT THE BASIC STRESS RULES OF FATE CORE?
As you may have noticed, this system, ignores an important part of the base rule system for stress, the fact that you can only check one stress box per attack. Anyway, that leads to the question, May i spend consequences to buy items, writing down aspects related to the economy state or resources of the character?. The answer is yes, but have in count those aspects will follow the rules of Fate Core.

ECONOMIC ATTACKS
In CYBERFATE_2KX the characters, having economic stress boxes, can logically receive attacks (Theft, sabotage, blackmail, etc.), in this case, the economic stress boxes will work with the Fate Core rules, that is, you can check a single box per attack, if you cannot, you will be able to absorb augments with consequences, and if you cannot, you will be defeated in that conflict.

The 20/11 Rule How Teams Are Doing: Week 13

Over the past few editions of this post, we’ve dedicated this space to a variety of fluff, from deafening cries of help, copypasta, bibble babble, to suicide notes. Well that ends here. Today we’ll use this space for something more insightful. Today, news articles. Today, misinformation.
Act 1: Ground Zero
Scene: October 3th, 12:00 PM CST Record published an article by David Medrano. Act 3: I Heard It Down the Hall

Because ladies and gentlemen, SoyFutbol was copying from Los Pleyers.
The reporter didn’t understand what the first paragraph was saying, so this he wrote what he inferred; Roman played against Trinidad & Tobago. He doesn’t even catch it, two sentences in, he states: “...Betis’ scouts were present in the installations of Puebla to observe players and they saw the U-20 match between Puebla and Leon, and after viewing the game, they took notice of the young 18-year old defender and that he is a starter for the U-20 Mexican national team.” Here, he makes it seem that Real Betis noticed Roman at the U-20 game and that’s why they observed him with Mexico.
What a load of bull!
One last thing on this SoyFutbol article, it is a condensed version of the Los Pleyers article, should I say, plagiarized version. The SoyFutbol article is section-by-section the same content as the Los Pleyers; First the Mexico game and tying it to Roman; Second Betis is after Roman; Third Betis was present at the U-20 game Roman played; Fourth Betis took the moment in Mexico to watch the friendly against Trinidad & Tobago and observe Macias as well (With similar language, I suggest you read that by yourselves.); Fifth, SoyFutbol gives some stats about Roman, which Los Pleyers does in two sections. At least it’s over, right?
Act 4: Doomsday

Here we are, two days after the Big Bang, after Ground Zero, the echoes have reached a small website from Spain. Distorted, but the sound waves reached as far as the motherland. This is what happens when reporters knowingly, or unknowingly spread misinformation. Need I say more?
Abbreviated Rule:
The 20/11 Rule 2.0 states that every team must field Formed in Mexico U-21 players (Born in 1997 or later) for at least 1,000 minutes. The exception to this rule is the National Team, any player that participated with any National Team during the season, excluding FIFA international breaks, can apply those minutes to this requirement, regardless of whether they played or not. However, the team must field this player for at least 50 minutes in order to keep those National Team minutes at the end of the season. Failing to do so would result in a loss of said minutes.
